It’s simple, sweet and guaranteed to be a favorite amongst family and friends this holiday. Another bonus is it’s actually healthy too! We’re talking about Andrea Biethman’s recipe for a Healthy Date Caramel dip that uses dates as a substitute for processed caramel and we are not mad about it!

Dairy Free, Soy Free, Vegan
15 dates (give or take about 5 dates for consistency)
6 tablespoons almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. If the mixture is too thick, add water 1 TBL at a time. If the mixture is too thin, and a couple of dates at a time. Chill for 30 minutes after blending to thicken up.
