We are welcoming our community to come and kick off our Fall growing season with us; your Neighborhood Suburban Farmette. We'll have apple bobbing and scarecrow decorating for the kids. Pumpkins, mums, and produce from our farmette along with local produce, meat, and dairy from our farm partners available for purchase in our small onsite farm store. Farm tours will be given twice during the Open House. All of the above is open to everyone!
We'll have a limited number of tickets available for our pig roast that will take place during the open house. Tickets for the pig roast can be purchased through the below link.
Gather around the fire and enjoy Fall on the Farmette with our first annual pig roast. Your ticket will cover pork, sides, dessert and unlimited infused water and/or kombucha on tap. Sides will include housemade barbecue sauce, coleslaw with southern dressing, fire roasted corn on the cob, biscuits and dessert. Held outside. Please bring a blanket or lawn chair. We'll have limited seating scattered about the farmette; a simple, rustic, very informal setting.
Our Fall Farmette Open House will happen during the Pig Roast and is open to our community. Food will be served to those with tickets only. The farm store, farm tours, kids apple bobbing, and scarecrow making will be open to the public and free to you and our community during the Open House.
*We are a small suburban farmette where we believe by the phrase "Grow, Feed Gather". You will not find a large farm but rather an example of suburban farming illustrating small scale sustainable agriculture, conveniently accessible to our community.*
