Mindfully gardening can help us consciously experience life and enjoy the gift of the present. In this workshop, you’ll learn different ways to find mindfulness in your own backyard. This includes observing your environment, using this knowledge to interact, experiment, and valuing diversity. After a short presentation, enjoy a scavenger hunt on the farm to put these new ideas into practice.
